Biography

Katy is the CEO of the Perry Chamber of Commerce, dedicated to supporting local businesses, fostering economic growth, and enhancing community engagement. A graduate of the University of Central Oklahoma, she holds a degree in Mass Communication with an emphasis in Advertising, and a minor in Business Administration.

Katy is the owner Simple Simon’s Pizza in Perry, Oklahoma. She has three sons who attend Perry Public Schools. Deeply involved in the community, she previously served as Secretary and Chairman of the Board for the Perry Chamber of Commerce. She is also the program chair for Leadership Noble County and an active member of Rotary.

With a passion for leadership and community development, Katy continues to work toward strengthening Perry’s business environment and ensuring its growth and success.

Linda Luthye

Administrative Assistant

Biography

Linda was born and raised in the charming town of Perry, Oklahoma, where she spent her childhood as the beloved daughter of Rufus and Ruby Rutherford. Linda’s deep-rooted connection to her hometown has shaped her into the individual she is today.

Linda serves as the Administrative Assistant at the Perry Chamber, a role she has embraced since 2012. Her commitment to her work has been a source of pride for the Perry community, as she has contributed her talents part-time, on and off, for over a decade.

Beyond her work life, Linda is a woman of diverse interests. She loves exploring new and exciting destinations, whether those are vibrant cities, remote villages or breathtaking natural wonders, Linda thrives on the adventure and cultural enrichment that travel offers.
